Yoga is an ancient mind-body fitness practice that promotes health, well being and balance.

The benefits of yoga have been studied extensively and while the list is long, here is just a few:

While you can experience many benefits even from just taking a single class, like most other things, you will benefit most when you attend regularly.

DINA'S YOGA STYLE OF TEACHING

Experience a dynamic and mindful flowing sequence of postures guided by your breath.  This Style allows for a lot of variety but will certainly include Sun salutations. It is a wonderful class, which will allow you the opportunity to help you cultivate self-awareness while building your core strength, balance and flexibility.

On: Tuesdays, at 7:05 pm - 8:05 pm

       Wednesdays, at 915am-10:15 am

Classes are open for Residents and Non-Residents.

Fall Session #2: Starting Tuesday Oct 18 - Nov 15 (5 classes)
Fall Session #3: Starting Tuesday Nov 22 - Dec 20 (5 classes)

DINA'S TRAINING

Dina was trained and received her certification for her 200 Hr yoga training at Bhumi's Yoga teacher training. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and has taken additional trainings and workshops with:
