   Education: Short educational lecture on topic of the month

   Cooking: Food demonstration of each meal

   Dining: Generous amounts of each meal for tasting.

   Resources: Handouts and all the recipes we demonstrate are  

   always provided at class.

   Support: Get some coaching, support and your questions

   answered.

   Community: Make new friends with other like minded, health

   oriented participants

   Housekeeping Rules:

  • Location & Time: 317 Westwind Drive, Avon Lake Ohio 44012, at 7:00-8:30pm
  • Registration: Space is limited so please register for class in advance. Registration is on-line or by contacting me. I will hold your seat for 24-48 hrs until I receive your payment.
  • Payment: You can pay via Paypal or mail your check to: Dina Boyer at 317 Westwind Drive, Avon Lake Ohio 44012 to reserve your seat. Note: When you register with Paypal, you have an option to enter a note. PLEASE let us know which month's class you are registering for and names of attendees.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 min earlier so you can get settled in and we can start at a timely fashion.
  • Gift Certificates: If you are using a Gift certificate for a free class, you still need to register for the class.
  • Food allergies: If you have any food allergies or are a vegan or vegetarian please let us know upon registration. We can't guarantee that we can adjust the whole menu but we like to be informed for safety purposes and we do always try our best to accomodate our clients with substitutions when possible.
  • Common curtesy: During class please be curteous and turn off your cell phones and pagers.

Super Meals for a Super YOU!

One of my challenges has always been maintaining my blood sugar steady. As a reactive hypoglycemic, high carb foods can really make me jittery and moody..:(

As a yoga instructor some days I also teach 2-3 power yoga classes, amongst other things, so it is also important that I have sustained amount of energy throughout the day.

In this class, I will share with you some of my all-time favorite comfort dishes that are chock full of nutrients, balance my sugar, give me tons of energy, fill me up yet don't make me crash and burn!

All about Gluten-Free

  • Do you wonder what is all the buzz about the gluten-free diet?
