Dina Boyer, MS, CHHC, CNHP, RYT

Dina learned to appreciate the benefits of natural, wholesome foods in her homeland Greece where she was born and grew up until 18 yrs old.  From an early age she was surrounded by fresh, local, seasonal, home-cooked Mediterranean meals.

A passion for cooking and her own challenges to maintain her weight and energy motivated Dina to become a holistic health coach who now educates and inspires others.

A health coach is a nutrition expert and a wellness authority, which helps bridge the gap between what people seek for their health and what they will achieve

Dina’s mission as a health coach is to empower her clients to stay focused and motivated in making their wellness a priority so they can live their best life ever!

Dina supports her clients with knowledge, resources and creative solutions to encourage them in eliminating unhealthy behaviors, overcoming any obstacles and making small, manageable nutrition and lifestyle changes, that ultimately have a tremendous impact in achieving a higher quality of health and life.

In her programs and coaching sessions, Dina integrates many tools and different dietary theories, which are based on traditional, western science, as well as complimentary alternative medicine and modern dietary methods like juicing, raw food diet and detoxification.

Dina believes that ultimate wellness, is achieved by addressing the underlying causes of our health issues, rather than dampening the symptoms alone.

Similarly, weight loss incorporates balancing and restoring our health on many levels, not just counting calories or points. Therefore, most of the emphasis of my services is placed on education and prevention rather than treatment.

No matter what your current status of health, you can always improve your level of well-being. Even when there are temporary setbacks, you will be motivated by how good it feels to have lots of energy and enthusiasm for life, knowing that what you are doing will allow you to continue feeling great for years to come.
